| FLASH Button is a button found on any
telephone (on some telephones it is labeled as LINK or Call Wait, and on
some cordless phones it is the Talk or ON button)
Normally the Flash button gives a dial tone or is used to get the "call waiting" call but when any of the above music on hold adapters is installed this button can be optionally configured (via a switch on the device) to activate the Music on hold instead. ( in that case "Flash Flash" is used for functions like call waiting, call transfer, conference, etc.) Note: If you have "call waiting" service, only one call can be placed on Music On Hold, the other call is held in the phone company central office in silence and not in your office. |
