The SX8500  "all-in-one" Professional Music on Hold adapter / player/ recorder supports up to 4 co lines and up to 50 telephones. This is a super powerful and cost effective device to provide Music on Hold for any regular 1 to 4 line phones from: AT&T, Lucent , Bell , GE , IBM , Radio Shack , Sony , Southwestern Bell, TT systems, Vtech , Panasonic , Casio , Uniden. plus many more.

This model activates any telephone via the telephone's HOLD button! To activate the music on hold simply press the HOLD button on the phone. To return to the call just re-select that line

Easy Installation: This device plugs into your lines. 
Just Plug the IN jacks to  the  wall jacks for L1/L2 and  L3/L4 then plug the AC adapter That is it!!.  there is  even convenient built-in  Phone jacks to allow you to plug in one of your phones, if  you need to share the wall jack. 

This Model automatically works on all of your phones within a10000 Sq. feet office space and when a hold button is pressed it automatically activates the audio!

    Please Note: "Hold Button" activation may be impossible to achieve with some phone models, or when using some combinations of desktop and cordless phones and answering machines. in that case device needs to be configured to activate via "Flash"

    • “Email Auto Load”™- a revolutionary new way to automatically record into SX8500 via email
    • “CD Auto Load” - a convenient, easy, and automatic recording method into SX8500 using a standard CD /DVD player or a PC CD rom drive
    • Direct Load - a simple push button recording from any audio source such as a PC speaker jack, CD player, radio, tape, DVD player, iPod or MP3 player, etc.
    • Microphone Load - a simple push button recording using an optional Headset with microphone

    Microphone/Headset: The SX8500 optional headset with adjustable microphone is available for user level recordings by just pressing one "REC" button.
