Return Policy

Our commitment at Music-On-Hold.net is total customer satisfaction. our return policy is very simple: 

If for any reason the product that you receive from Music-On-Hold.net is not working to your satisfaction, simply click at link below for an RMA # and instruction to return it for a refund.  RMA request

Please note the following: 

  1. All requests for RMA for refund must be submitted via above email within 14 days after receipt of the product.
  2. Refund is subject to the equipment to be received back in original condition with all parts, cables, AC adapter, manuals, etc. included, within 30 days after receipt of the product with a Valid  RMA number.
  3. The original shipping charges are not refundable (including orders with Free shipping)
  4. Opened CDs are not refundable
  5. Adapter orders returned with opened CD are refunded less full price of CD not promotional price.
  6. All returns must include a valid RMA #, returns with out a RMA #  will not be processed. 
  7. Music-On-Hold.net does not guarantee or warrantee or assumes any responsibility for any products sold for any specific application.
  8. You may request an RMA for repair or replacement with in the manufacturer warranty period by contacting the manufacturer.
  9. Please note when you contact Manufacturer, the product warranty does not include product hardware updates, exchanges or refund.
  10. Please note the Manufacturer product warranty does not cover accidents, tamper with the device, Failure due to storms, lightning, or mishandling.
  11. We are unable to provide loaner equipment. If the product needs service you need to contact manufacturer.
  12. Processed orders are non cancelable. Orders with refused delivery are subject to 10% processing fees plus shipping expenses.
  13. Items that are claimed as defective and are tested to be non defective by the factory are charged a 20% restocking fee.
  14. Re-stocking fee: incomplete returns or items received in a non-re sellable condition are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, this fee is waived if the returned item is tested by factory and was found defective. Please note Incompatibility or not working in a desired way does not make a product defective. "defective" means it does not function at all or it does not turn ON, etc.
