total customer satisfaction. our return policy is very simple:
If for any reason the product that you receive from Music-On-Hold.net
is not working to your satisfaction, simply click at link below for
an RMA # and instruction to return it for a full refund.
RMA request
Please note the following:
1- All requests for RMA for refund must be submitted via above email
within 14
days after
receipt of the product.
2- Full refund is subject
to the equipment to be received back in original
condition with all parts, cables, AC adapter, manuals, etc. included,
within 30 days after receipt of the product with a Valid RMA number.
3- The shipping charges
are not refundable, Opened CD are not refundable, Adapter
orders returned with opened CD are refunded less full price of CD not
promotional
price.
4- All returns must include
a valid RMA #, returns with out a RMA # will not
be processed.
5- Music-On-Hold.net does
not guarantee or warrantee or assumes any
responsibility for any products sold for any specific application.
6- You may request an RMA
for repair or replacement (to the same model)
and not a refund with in the manufacturer warranty period which is one
year from the purchase date.
7- Manufacturer product
warranty does not include product hardware
updates, exchanges or refund.
8- Manufacturer product
warranty does not cover accidents, tamper with
the device, Failure due to storms, lightning, or mishandling.
9- We are unable to provide
loaner equipment. If the product needs service
you need to obtain an RMA and ship it fright prepaid. Please allow 2-3
weeks for repair/replacement units to be shipped back to you
10- Processed orders are
non cancelable. Orders with refused delivery are
subject to 20% restock plus shipping expenses.
11- Items that are claimed as defective and are tested
to be non defective by the factory are subject to
a 20% restocking fee
