The SX9800 is an all digital device for a telephone system MOH jack. It is a cost effective on Hold solution that always plays / repeats and does not breakdown. It is a powerful, easy to use digital player / repeater/ recorder with outstanding audio quality. (If you have regular 1, 2 or 4 line telephones, and want to use the SX9800 digital player, then you also need one of the MOH adapters: SX1025, SX2010, or SX8500-4 These adapters are fully compatible with SX9800 digital player)

The SX9800 is a state-of-the art  compact digital player / recorder with simple push button record-ability and ease of use. It is designed to provide a continuous-play digital audio system for music/message-on-hold, product/service announcement, background music or any other application requiring high quality audio playback.

Unlike other digital players the SX9800 utilizes “True audio recording” - the voice and audio programs are recorded directly into solid state memory in their natural, uncompressed form providing superior quality voice and music reproduction. Other digital players sample the audio and record it at a reduced rate and can not not reproduce "Hi Fi" audio. In addition The SX9800 has un-restricted recording ability from any audio source such as PC, Mac, iPod, Radio, CD player, etc. in any format e.g. windows .wav, CD, MP3, WMA, even windows media player with SRS surround sound and WOW effects.

The audio program can be loaded into the SX9800 easily via:

• Card Load - by inserting the “True audio card”, a cutting edge, flash technology, stamp sized re-record-able Flash card

  a pre-recorded Flash card with “thank you for holding…” and Royalty Free music by professional male and female voice artist talent is included- making the product "Ready to play out of the Box"

or

• Direct Load - a simple push button recording from any audio source such as a PC speaker jack, CD player, radio, tape, DVD player, iPod or MP3 player, etc.

  Just connect the SX9800 to any audio source with the provided audio cord and press the REC to record any thing you like.

Microphone/Headset: using this option you can record your voice into SX9800, this option is simply inserted into a jack on the device. The recording can be done by just pushing one button on the SX9800; the rich sounding microphone allows full user voice record-ability. The SX9800 can even record from multiple sources at the same time, a PC, CD player, iPod or other audio source may be connected to its “Audio IN” jack so that audio can be recorded as a "background" while microphone voice recording is taking place.

The SX9800 player/recorder plays and repeats the music/message on hold directly from the Flash card so there is no extra loading to internal memory. It is a flexible and easy to use player with a list of features not found in other players, these include:
